硬件尚可，服務態度令人失望！停車場歸屬問題需解釋**
**入住體驗：**
本次入住隱廬酒店，硬件設施整體符合預期，但服務體驗卻大打折扣，尤其以下幾點讓人難以接受：
1️⃣ **服務態度傲慢，溝通體驗差**
從入住到離店，多位前台及工作人員態度冷漠，對話時缺乏基本禮貌，甚至表現出明顯的不耐煩。
2️⃣ **停車場歸屬混亂，推諉責任**
酒店宣傳中明確提供停車場，實際卻被指引至所謂“私人園區”，且無清晰標識。向工作人員反饋時，對方態度強硬稱“本來就是私人區域，停不了自己解決”，與宣傳承諾嚴重不符。若為私人園區，為何作為酒店配套對外宣傳？
3️⃣ **缺乏解決問題的誠意**
針對上述問題向酒店管理層反映，僅得到“會記錄反饋”的套話，至今未收到任何解釋或致歉。
**總結：**
一家標榜“高端服務”的酒店，若連基本待客禮儀和誠信經營都做不到，實在名不副實。硬件再好，也難彌補服務缺失帶來的糟糕體驗，不會二次入住，亦不推薦他人選擇。

先説服務，在沙灘崴了腳，酒店第一時間送了葯和一麻袋冰塊，還準備了輪椅；怕休息不好，還主動延遲退房並送了一盆水果，很奈斯！
酒店整體日式風格，大堂拍照出片，酒店位置也很好，環境很好很靜謐，可以很好的放鬆休息，巴適得很；房間內乾淨整潔衞生，零食飲料水送了一堆，坐下就是猛喝猛旋；浴室內的泡池很大很乾凈，也可以聯繫工作人員再次清洗消毒並弄好一次性泡澡袋。
出行方便，有接駁車來回園區，出酒店就上車，下車就拍照；在園區內也可以聯繫酒店派接駁車接送，不用去站點坐園區巴士，園區巴士人多時候座都沒有。
總的來説，入住體驗完美，下次來阿那亞還住，酒店我衹住隱廬！
